人 CD3⁺细胞分选试剂盒用于阳性分选正常人外周血单 个核细胞中的 CD3⁺细胞，其利用生物素化抗体标记 CD3⁺ 细胞，再用 Anti-Biotin 超顺磁纳米微珠结合被标记的 CD3⁺ 细胞；当细胞悬液置于磁场中时，被磁珠结合的 CD3⁺细胞 滞留在磁场中，CD3^-细胞游离在细胞悬液中游离，从而将正 常人外周血单个核细胞中的 CD3⁺细胞分选出来。

 - 无需分离柱；

 - 分选细胞纯度可达98%；

 - 与 SepTube配合使用可做快速、大量分选。

人CD3⁺细胞分选试剂盒分离正常人外周血单个核细胞中的CD3⁺细胞后，利用 Anti-Human CD3-FITC 标记细胞，对分选前（左）或分选后（右）的细胞进行流式分析。
